Working as part of our existing Instrument Support Team we are looking to recruit an additional office based team member to provide administrative and operational support services for UK and International customers.
The Instrument Support Coordinator will develop relationships with customers, by answering helpline calls and ensure these are forwarded and actioned by the relevant member of Instrument Support team, whilst maintaining reliable administrative, reporting and planning support, as well as the involvement in the development of systems and processes to continuous improve these functions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced professional with the ability to plan and prioritise their own workload, whilst working efficiently to a high degree of accuracy and precision under pressure.
Previous experience of customer and or project management interaction is preferable, together with good IT skills, and working knowledge of Sage Line 1000 and CRM.
Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
