Mast Group Ltd. are looking to recruit a FIT Product Specialist to join the Sales and Marketing team.

Mast Group Ltd. is a leading international manufacturer and supplier of medical diagnostics products for the diagnosis of infectious disease. Our products are used throughout the UK and worldwide. The job holder will an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team, supporting the sales and promotional activities in the UK and international markets.
We require a FIT Specialist to work alongside other experienced members of the team within a busy environment covering a network of clients, this will be field based with a requirement to travel to our Daresbury Site where the main office is.

THE ROLE

  • To lead customer facing sales promotion and, with colleagues, propose and develop products in support of the FIT UK & International markets to ensure we grow total revenue ahead of targets.
  • To develop and achieve substantial and sustainable year on year growth of the Mast offering
  • To generate profitable revenue for Mast Group Ltd in line with the objectives and stagey in place
  • To develop close collaboration with Business Unit, R&D and Operations to maximise deliverables for Mast Group Ltd.
  • To develop close collaboration with MSC providers to maximise deliverables for Mast Group Ltd.
  • To define the UK and Ireland total and addressable value of the market and support intercompany teams to do likewise.
  • To be supportive of the Sales Teams as a customer facing product specialist, who would routinely be called upon to give both sales and technical presentations, follow up technical enquiries and troubleshooting, new account planning and pre-installation site visits, analyser installation and offer user training as required.
  • To maintain technical product and market knowledge and be a key point of contact for internal and external parties.
  • To work with the tender co-ordinator to ensure that responses are completed effectively.
  • To support Sales team with, and present, value propositions to prospects and customers.

THE PERSON

  • Experience of working in a client facing environment
  • Experience of working remotely and as part of a team
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Working across different locations is a requirement and therefore necessitates someone who is flexible in their approach
  • Full driving licence is a requirement and a licence check will be carried out
  • Willingness to undertake training to improve skills

In addition to the specified duties the employee is expected to perform additional tasks when reasonably called upon to do so.
