A range of supplements for addition to culture media for a variety of purposes including the growth, enrichment, isolation and selection of bacteria. Selective supplements are available as tablets or lyophilised in vials for reconstitution in specified volumes of culture media to alternatively inhibit or enhance bacterial growth permitting their isolation. Ready to use supplements can be added directly to culture media to enhance growth and improve the ability to identify specific bacterial pathogens.
